Inside you, there’s a strength that lies.

I’m super sleepy and have an eight a.m. class in the mornin’. Joy of joys. I just said (unnecessarily loudly) to Graci, “What am I doing? Why am I here? Why am I awake?” which means it’s probably bedtime. I heard this song on my way to meet a very pleasant gentleman (who is hiring someone to paint a portrait of my face on the ceiling of his dorm room, by the way) earlier this evening and it was song perfection. Enjoy. Sorry I don’t have more. It’s quite late. I’ve had a very long day. Full day of class tomorrow.

Don’t let your mind get weary and confused
Your will be still, don’t try
Don’t let your heart get heavy child
Inside you there’s a strength that lies

Don’t let your soul get lonely child
It’s only time, it will go by
Don’t look for love in faces, places
It’s in you, that’s where you’ll find kindness

Be here now, here now
Be here now, here now

Don’t lose your faith in me
And I will try not to lose faith in you
Don’t put your trust in walls
‘Cause walls will only crush you when they fall

Be here now, here now
Be here now, here now

Don’t worry. I already painted your face on my ceiling. 😛 I hope you are having a wonderful start to college Estephen!

Jennifer-I loved the lyrics of this song…and the song in general, actually.
