Day Twenty

Dear Tim, the TomTom support man,
I appreciate you for being a competent support person. Rarely have I ever called a support line on a product, had to wait under three minutes to talk to an actual person instead of a robot, did I not have to give any information about myself or my device, and had my problem solved by a friendly and knowledgeable young man who was very pleasant to talk to. AT&T, no. Adobe, no way. HP, good luck talking to someone. Apple, not terrible and quite helpful after waiting sometime and jumping through many hoops. But TomTom, you have impressed me with your wonderful customer service and I commend you on being so helpful and kind to those of us who break things easily. Kudos.
